An implant can be a very effective permanent replacement. An implant is a titanium replacement “root” that is placed by our local specialists. After healing, the crown or fixed bridge is fabricated. An advantage over a fixed bridge is that the adjacent teeth are not modified.

A fixed bridge replaces missing teeth with a strong and natural looking prosthesis fastened to the remaining teeth or implants. If many teeth are missing, it may be impossible to replace them with fixed bridgework. A removable partial may be the best option.
